Very nice and first appointment. They took out the old rug and installed the new one with such precision and expertise. “From my first interaction with the J&S folks, a frantic phone call to change an appointment, they have been marvelous.

Customer service was excellent, always looking to help us out, with good communications through the process, and they followed through on what they said they would do.

The carpeting was ordered through Lowe’s, the pricing was competitive, and J&S did the measure and install.

At the measure, Zlate was quite informative & helpful as we talked through some unique existing conditions.

Miguel was extremely helpful during the install schedule (which happened very quickly once the order was entered), especially since we had not yet moved in to our new home.

Carlos was somewhat uncomfortable doing the install without us present but he called, texted and sent photos often to keep us in the loop. When we saw the completed work, we were ecstatic! And, not a mark on the newly painted walls!

“I have never had such great service, from the people on the phone scheduling (so critical) to the amazing three men who put the carpet in. These J & S installers were fast, expert, respectful of the space (took their shoes off, didn’t damage anything), courteous and friendly. They worked in the terrible heat (I don’t have central air) without complaining. The results were beautiful.
